UCARE MN - IN RECEIVERSHIP - ELECTRONIC NOTIFICATION OPT-IN

WHAT IS THE PROVIDER ELECTRONIC NOTICE PROCESS?

The Provider Electronic Notice Process is a voluntary process whereby Providers agree to receive notices required by the Rehabilitation process via email instead of U. S. Mail. By opting into this process, you will also receive emails with other pertinent information as it becomes available. For example, we intend to use this process to alert Providers when we will be making future claims payments, releasing claims with $0 owing, and, eventually, releasing all adjudicated claims without remitting the amounts owed. This process will preserve Estate resources by reducing the expenses associated with communicating with Providers, and Providers will receive information more quickly.
Participation in the Electronic Notice Process is voluntary. By providing 1 to 4 email addresses and the participating TINs below, you are agreeing to receive any notice that may be required by the Rehabilitation proceedings via email instead of U.S. Mail and certifying that you are authorized by the TINs to opt into the process.
